There are Many Ways to Volunteer

Playing for Plummer Home

From the Marblehead Reporter

The four eighth-grade boys from the Marblehead Veterans Middle School who form the band Orakular recently played a rock concert at The Plummer Home for Boys in Salem. Plummer Home is a non-profit residential program for adolescent boys that come from disruptive families. While the boys live at Plummer, they get therapeutic services, treatment meetings, school support, independent living skills and, when possible, family reunification services. Orakular band members are, from left, Tyler Pedersen, vocals; Ben Webber, lead/rhythm guitar; Sean Kenahan, drums; and Tyler Beck, lead guitar.
